Our Approach

What we do. Circle Root Collaborative supports people, organizations and government to co-create solutions to systemic challenges by building the capacity of leaders and leveraging the strengths of communities most impacted.

What we believe. We believe solving community challenges requires centering people most impacted, and building relationships across the system.  Lasting systemic change requires inclusive processes and relationships that are bigger than one individual or entity.

True Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is not only an outcome we strive for but a process we live for every day. We start by asking: “Who is at the decision-making table?”

How We Do It

We accomplish our goals by designing opportunities for people who have different perspectives of the community challenge to come together to…

  • 1.

    Identify and build leaders

  • 2.

Build trusting relationships across a system

  • 3.

Get clear-eyed on the challenge through data and stories

  • 4.

Co-create solutions that build on community assets

  • 5.

    Set measurable impact goals
